This was a surprise 30th birthday cake for a birthday boy who is a police officer. His wife wanted to incorporate a few of his favorite things such as The White Sox and Miller Lite Beer. She also suggested creating the number 30 out of handcuffs which is fitting for a police officer! Very clever!! A playful theme of floating in a donut topped off the cake. So fun to make!6/23/10
