Created this wedding cake for 200 for a reception at Meson Sabika. Colors of the wedding were hydrangea green and black which looked beautiful. The bride wanted a square tiered cake with cascading green hydrangea blossoms from top to bottom. Three different shades of green were used to create the sugar paste blossoms with copper and antique silk luster dust highlighting each blossom. Pearl dragees were also added to each blossom. Cake was three different flavors: chocolate with raspberry filling; white with lemon cheesecake filling; and yellow with milk chocolate buttercream filling. Cake was covered with white chocolate.
Created this cake for a little boy's 1st birthday! Went with the theme of the party and created the crown and stacked it on a tier to create more servings. Both the crown and the bottom tier were marbled yellow and chocolate cake with milk chocolate buttercream. Luster dust was used to enhance the silver color.
Created this three tiered cake for a post wedding reception. Color scheme was lime green, chocolate brown and cream. Love the combination!! Top tier has simple cut out applique, second tier has quilting effect with silver dragees and bottom tier has marble effect with milk and white chocolate. Dark satin ribbon around two of the tiers with fresh lime green flowers inserted at bow. Cake was chocolate with milk chocolate buttercream filling.
Created another cupcake tower topper cake that I collaborated with my friend Rose (http://www.rosepetalscakery.com/) on for a wedding. The tower was a beautiful display along with the gorgeous flowers! Cake was a yellow cake with cream cheese filling and covered with white chocolate.
