This cake was ordered by my client for her husband's 50th birthday party. He is a great fan of the original "Rat Pack" -- Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Joey Bishop, and Sammy Davis Jr. (no Peter Lawford in this rendition). I went with a retro feel for the design along with color scheme. Cake was red velvet with cream cheese filling. All design work was created out of tinted white chocolate.
A very pretty communion cake was ordered by my client with a blue and white color scheme. This is one of the few cakes that I actually did use fondant or satin ice. Quilting had silver dragees along with fondant flowers, leaves, cross and tie. Cake was dark chocolate with cookies 'n cream filling.

This cake was a surprise for the birthday guest of honor who always has a take out tray of Starbuck's coffee cups. The cake was made to serve 40 so they were some enormous cups of coffee!
