This lovable monkey was created out of crispy treat and covered with milk chocolate. It sat on a bed of banana leaves which covered a banana cake with vanilla bean buttercream filling. All elements were created out of tinted white chocolate. I'm especially happy with the "chocolate bananas." The monkey's likeness was fashioned after the party invitation my client provided.6/8/10
