One of my favorite things to create -- a hamburger or should I say "a double cheeseburger" cake! This cake was ordered by my client as a surprise for his wife's birthday. She is a true cheeseburger lover so naturally the cake had to be a burger . All buttercream cake with tinted white chocolate "melting cheese" and chocolate olive on top. Burgers were encrusted with crushed chocolate cookies to give texture and extra yum appeal. Cake was red velvet with cream cheese filling.5/12/10
