Created this wedding cake for 200 for a reception at Meson Sabika. Colors of the wedding were hydrangea green and black which looked beautiful. The bride wanted a square tiered cake with cascading green hydrangea blossoms from top to bottom. Three different shades of green were used to create the sugar paste blossoms with copper and antique silk luster dust highlighting each blossom. Pearl dragees were also added to each blossom. Cake was three different flavors: chocolate with raspberry filling; white with lemon cheesecake filling; and yellow with milk chocolate buttercream filling. Cake was covered with white chocolate.
