Love Birds
Bridal Dress
Created this Bridal Dress cake for a bridal shower. I love to make these types of cakes, I was given design freedom of this dress which does have it's limitations but certainly I am exploring ways to get around that. All elements were created or covered with tinted or plain white chocolate. Cake was white chocolate cake with cookies 'n cream filling.
Libby
Created this wedding cake to serve 225. Silver was the accent color so ribbon and dragess were chosen for this cake. The flowers were supplied and arranged by Lindsay at Bella Flora (http://www.askbellaflora.com/) which looked beautiful. Cake was alternating tiers of red velvet with cream cheese filling; and white chocolate with raspberry filling.

Kristen & Jay's Wedding
Created this Groom's cake for a Florida Gator Alumni. Chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. Also created the topper cake for the cupcake tower with a white on white wine grape theme design. My friend Rose from http://www.rosepetalscakery.com/ supplied the cupcakes and tower which look great.
The Lantern
Western Illinois Bulldog
This cake was created for a graduate of Naperville Central High School who is going to attend Western Illinois University in the fall. The mascot is a very yellow bulldog with grey shirt and purple writing. I opted to leave the shirt off and create a "bling" purple W to wear on his spiked collar. I enjoyed making this cake so much! I love the freedom of truly sculpting!! His head was rice crispy treat and the body was yellow cake with French vanilla buttercream with a thin layer chocolate ganach in between each cake layer.
Pepsi Cans
Created this six-pack of Pepsi for my client who wanted to take the cake with her to Baltimore to surprise her sister for her birthday. Needless to say, her sister is a huge Pepsi lover. Pepsi was added to the chocolate cake and the chocolate buttercream filling. Tinted chocolate was used to cover the cake and for the details.
