Gator!

This cake was chosen for a young couple's engagement party to celebrate their upcoming nuptials. The majority of the cake was in it's tail and body. The head was created out of crispy treat cereal and the entire cake was covered with modeling chocolate. Details were painted on with copper luster dust and white luster dust.

Sandcastle

A fun sandcastle cake was created to coordinate with a shower invitation for a baby girl. We sprinkled some "sand" (graham crackers) on the modeling chocolate when rolling it out which in turn created the look of actual sand! Cake was white chocolate with strawberry buttercream filling.

Baby on Books

This cake created to coordinate with a baby shower invitation. The theme was to bring a book as a gift. We duplicated the design with the books being cake and the baby made from crispy treat cereal and modeling chocolate.

Emily

A very personalized graduation cake for a young lady who recently graduated from Elmhurst College. She is a fanatic (as I was told) about iced tea so we were requested to incorporate that into the cake along with being a huge fan of the Chicago Blackhawks.

Lauren

A cake for a recent graduate of Naperville North who is heading south to University of Georgia. We incorporated the same saying that was used for her party invitation for the design of the cake. A little mini "Uga" was added to the cakeboard.

Jaclyn

A recent wedding cake that had swirl impressions on two layers and a clean plain look for the middle. Dark eggplant ribbon was chosen for the accent color along with fresh flowers adorned the cake. Entire cake as highlighted with pearl luster dust.

Heather

Graduation cake for a young lady heading off to University of Illinois. She chose a light blue with orange ribbon for the color scheme. A "mini" Heather in a graduation robe was created for the top.

Willowbrook

This graduation cake and coordinating cupcakes were for a recent graduate of Willowbrook High School in Villa Park, IL. The graduate is off to University of Iowa so we incorporated both school logos.

Nate's Cake

This cake was created for a little boy named Nate. The request came through a great organization called Icing Smiles. The work they do is outstanding!! The theme of the cake was Disney's Cars Movie. In place of hand sculpted cars figures, we thought it best to place real toy cars on the cake! Cake was French Vanilla with Strawberry Buttercream Filling. A big happy 5th birthday to Nate!!!!

Brianna's Sweet 16

This Sweet 16 birthday cake was for a masquerade themed party. Two stacked pillows with coordinating colors were chosen for this cake. Real feathers were added to create a very festive look. Cake was Kahlua red velvet with vanilla cream cheese filling.

Roses & Teacups

These pretty little roses were created out of modeling chocolate and highlighted with luster dust. The teacups were made from fondant. Cupcakes were vanilla, filled with lemon curd and topped with lemon curd buttercream. They looked so appropriate on the gorgeous chandelier cupcake tower!

Tartan Cupcakes

These tartan plaid themed cupcakes were for a bridal shower with the chosen design to represent the couple having their wedding in Scotland.
