Buster the Bunny

This was my first entry in a chocolate sculpture competition. I was pleased at the outcome of "Buster" -- the theme was "My Favorite Holiday." It was a fun experience. I also entered the candy competition and my White Chocolate Pistachio Butter Toffee won first prize. It was a great confidence boost for my myself and my friend Rose who also won with her delicious Truffles.

"Now, That's One Big Fish!"

This cake was created for a surprise birthday party and the guest of honor had just gone deep sea fishing and caught a 50lb. Mai Mai so it had to be the theme for the cake. The fish's head and boat were both covered crispy treat, and the water was 1/2 marbled cake with chocolate buttercream filling and 1/2 white chocolate cake with strawberry filling.

Monkey Business

This cake was to coordinate with the baby shower invitation. I added a little blue blanky for the monkey! The cake was red velvet with cream cheese and the bottom was white with raspberry.
