Created this sculpted "Little Einstein's" inspired rocket cake for a 3 year-old's birthday party. Added clouds made out of fondant for visual effect. Dark chocolate cake with cookies 'n cream buttercream filling.

Kathryn's Ipod
Created this Ipod cake for a surprise 16th birthday! Included the birthday girl's favorite song on the screen. Yellow cake with strawberry buttercream and covered with white chocolate.
Flowers and Butterfly
Made a cake topper that coordinated with party invitation. Embossed the green background with floral pattern and added embossed flowers, butterfly and "1" to the design. Added ribbon to complete the look. Made smash cake with pretty pink details.
Mickey Mouse
Polka dots and Mickey Mouse were the theme for a first birthday. Use real ribbon on red cake to soften the look. Smash cake has all edible details.

"Chicago-Style Pizza" Cake
It's definitely is a cake! Created as a surprise for the groom who's favorite is Chicago deep dish style pizza with pepperoni. Absolutely all elements are made out of white chocolate. Yellow cake with vanilla buttercream covered in white chocolate. Lou Malnati's deep dish pepperoni pizza was the model for this cake -- the groom's favorite!

Bride provide a photo of a similar cake and I reproduced it using white chocolate and hand cut applique. The topper was provided by the Bride. A light brushing of luster dust set off the cake for a sparkle effect. Entire cake was dark chocolate with chocolate ganach filling and covered with white chocolate.

St. Patrick's Day Cubs Lover!
Another surprise 40th birthday cake with a St. Patrick's Day theme and incorporating the birthday boy's love of the Chicago Cubs. All elements are edible. The baseball hat is cake covered with tinted white chocolate and the dirt is crushed graham crackers. Base cake and hat cake were yellow with Irish Cream buttercream.
Jungle Themed Cake 2
The jungle themed cake seems to be very popular right now. Created for a first birthday boy. Duplicated design from the paper plates that were bought for the party. Half yellow cake with vanilla buttercream and half chocolate with cookies 'n cream buttercream.
Champagne Bottle
My client ordered a surprise 40th birthday cake for her husband. I went for a more masculine look for the label. Shaved almond bark for the "packing material" to add another flavor profile. Light and dark chocolate were mixed together to create wood grain look for the outside of the crate. Cake was dark chocolate with raspberry filling.
