Little Lamb Cake

Client wanted me to reproduce this cake from The Pink Cake Box for her daughter's baby shower. I changed a few little details and was very pleased with the outcome. All elements made out of white chocolate with the cake being White Russian; Chocolate/Vanilla Buttercream; and Yellow/Strawberry Buttercream.

Belly Cake

Created this cake for a surprise baby shower. White Russian Cake with Kahlua Buttercream filling was chosen, yum-yum. Pink and brown was the color scheme of the nursery so the cake was to reflect that.

Avery's 1st Birthday

I love to make first birthday cakes! Ladybugs were the theme. All elements were created out of chocolate and a ribbon was used to add an extra bit of "girlyness" to the cake.

Mad Science

Created for a Mad Science themed party. Made the elements with a chocolate drawing technique.

Panda Jungle Themed

Created for a birthday girl who wanted a panda on her cake to match the coordinating plates. All elements were had scuplted out of tinted white chocolate. Cake was dark chocolate with cookies 'n cream buttercream filling.

Valentine

Created for a Valentine's Day birthday girl. Pink, purple and very girly were the requests for this cake.

Champagne Bottle

Created for a wine/champagne lover's surprise birthday party. Cake was covered with chocolate; wine bottle is sculpted out of cake and covered with tinted white chocolate. Shavings are almond bark and box is milk and dark chocolate. Real ribbon was added to soften the look.

"Hooters"-Inspired Cake!

Client request a cake that resembles a "Hooters" girl (without arms and legs that is). "Happy Birthday" was placed on the largest part of the cake ;- ) !!

Flip Flops!

Beach themed party so flip flops were chosen for the cake! Each flip flop was a different flavor; pina colada cake with key lime buttercream on the left, yellow cake with strawberry buttercream on the right. Sand was created out of sugars.

Mattress with Sheep

Created cake for baby shower. Love to make this cake! What is cuter than flying sheep!!

Floral Bouquet

Created for a surprise birthday party. The birthday girl loves flowers and her daughter wanted to surprise her with a special cake. Sugar flowers cover the top and stems were created out of tinted white chocolate. Ribbon encircles the whole cake.

Pink Princess

This was created for a little girl who loves pink and wanted to have a tiara and boa to wear. The cake is covered with white chocolate tinted pink and brushed with luster dust.

Baby Shower Cake

This is a cake for a cupcake tower for a baby shower. Colors coordinated with nursery colors which in turn were used for the cupcakes colors and cookies from Rose at Rose Petals Cakery. All elements are created out of tinted white chocolate. Cake was two layers of dark chocolate and one layer of white with cookies 'n cream buttercream filling.

Replica of 100 year-old Christening Gown

My client supplied photos of the gown that was 100 years-old! She asked to have it duplicated for the cake. All elements were created out of white chocolate; cake was coconut with dark chocolate fudge filling.

Poker Table

Created for a surprise 45th wedding anniversary party. The couple play poker so the theme was a poker table with playing cards representing the 45 years with a queen and king. Kahlua Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese Filling.

Snowboarding Half Pipe!

Created for my friend Rose's son Christian. Went with a snowboarding theme with mini-men snowboarding with one taking a face plant! Covered with buttercream and white chocolate.
