This cake for a bridal shower. The ribbon and dots matched the bridesmaid's dresses. I love color matching elements to coordinate with the wedding, bridal and/or baby shower or simply to follow the theme on an invitation.
Bride and Groom designed their own cake with some help from me. They specifically wanted the die to show four dots and six dots to represent when they met along with the playing cards on the top as the "bride & groom" cake topper. A fun whimsical cake!
Bride ordered a surprise groom's cake of the groom's favorite guitar. Song that was written by the groom for the couple's first dance was reproduced on rice paper and adhered to fondant.
